Return Policy


Thank you for shopping with Drip Kicks. Please read our Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. All Sales Final

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products (limited, collectible, and resale items), we do not

accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been completed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or chargebacks will be issued

except as expressly stated below.


2. Limited Exceptions

We will only consider exceptions under the following circumstances: - The item received is incorrect (not

the item ordered) - The item received is damaged during shipping

To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and provide: - Order number - Clear

photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

Approved exceptions will result in a replacement if available or store credit only, at our sole discretion.

Cash refunds are not issued.


3. Authenticity & Condition Disclosure

All items sold by Drip Kicks are guaranteed 100% authentic.

Customers acknowledge that: - Original boxes, tags, and packaging may show minor wear - Manufacturing

defects, shelf wear, creasing, glue marks, or box dents are not considered damage

These conditions are common in resale items and do not qualify for returns, refunds, or disputes.


4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Drip Kicks is not responsible for

lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

We strongly recommend selecting signature confirmation at checkout when available.


5. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Orders returned due to incorrect address information, refusal, or failure to retrieve the package are not

eligible for refunds or chargebacks.
